Michele Medina is passionate about flexibility training. Over 10 years, she has acquired yoga training and has mastered flexibility training techniques that get results. She is personable and creates nourshing and revitalizing training experiences.

Before flexibility Michele worked in fashion and design. She merged her work experience and flexibility practice when she created Haramichi backwarmers, worn by the NYC community of fashion conscious contortionists, dancers, yogis, teachers and movement practitioners.
